Biscotasi Lake Provincial Park offers a true wilderness escape in a rugged landscape of towering pines and island-studded lakes. It is a favorite for backcountry canoeing, with diverse routes on the Spanish River and Biscotasi Lake, catering to both flatwater and whitewater paddlers. The park also provides excellent fishing opportunities and a chance to experience a historic route of the Ojibwe and early fur traders.

"Our canoe trip to Biscotasi Lake was a fantastic wilderness experience. The rugged landscape and quiet bays were perfect for paddling, even with some challenging portages. We enjoyed the beautiful campsites and the sense of remoteness. The fishing wasn't great for us, but the overall adventure was memorable."
