"Just got back from a week-long camping trip at Nagagamisis Provincial Park, and it was easily one of the best outdoor experiences I've had. The weather was perfect, the scenery was beautiful, and the peace and quiet-especially at night-was unreal. Total dead silence after dark, zero road noise. Nagagamisis itself was 100% the most remote and beautiful place I have camped. Wildlife was next level."

"I spent a week there about 15 years ago ... still just about the most magical week of my life. Read the entire Ender's Game series on the boat and around the campsite. The fishing was wild - between my husband and I there was rarely a time when both rod were in the water because there was always something on the hook. Would love to go back."

"I live up near Abitibi canyon, you would have driven right by my house in the last small town before getting into that road. Near otter rapids there's crazy blueberries, we're actually going to take a ride up one evening next week to see if they're almost ready to pick. Then I'll be up there a couple times a week for the next month filling my freezer. Too bad you didn't know, most of the little creeks in that road have brook trout, you can catch them right off the side of the road off the culverts. I do most of my hunting in that road too, not as far as the canyon though, no need to drive that far for birds or moose. Looks like a fun trip! We're going the other way, we're heading down south next month. Presquill, turkey point them a few nights in Toronto."
